Finding time to work out… how some busy moms do it!
“I don’t have time” is the most common reason busy moms tell me they are not working out more. Well, I am the first one to admit that IT IS HARD to find the time and energy to get a workout into your day when you are a mom.
For so many moms it seems that they are so BUSY doing things for everyone else that they have a hard time finding the time to do something for themselves.
All too often when we are busy, exercise is the first thing to go. Most likely when it is the very thing we need to get de-stressed and energized. (Check out this old blog entry here about one of the surprising benefits of exercise)
